Pool Technician (Route Position) – Weekly Pay, Steady Work
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $12.5-15.5 per pool (performance-based)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Friday = rain/makeup day)
Job Summary
We are hiring a dependable Pool Technician to run a structured weekly route. This is a production-based role with consistent work and a clear path to full-time hours.
Responsibilities
- Service approximately 50 residential pools per week
- Perform cleaning, chemical balancing, and basic equipment checks
- Follow a set route and complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Schedule & Hours
- First 30 days: ~20 hours/week (training & ramp-up)
- 30–60 days: ~30 hours/week
- After 60 days: Full route (~50 pools/week)
- Fridays reserved for rain delays or overflow work
Requirements (Must Meet ALL)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat
- Punctual and dependable
Important
- This is a route-based position — efficiency and consistency matter
- Company vehicles are NOT taken home
- Pay is per pool, not hourly
