Cascade Health is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Care Physician to join our exceptional hospice team serving patients throughout Eugene, Springfield, and the surrounding communities. You'll provide expert medical care in patients' homes and at the Pete Moore Hospice House, working alongside experienced nurses, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and nurse practitioners to deliver comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients facing serious illness.

Position Summary
The Hospice & Palliative Care Physician provides comprehensive medical care for hospice patients in the community and at the Pete Moore Hospice House. This role serves as a clinical leader, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, participates in IDT meetings, and provides shared on-call coverage to ensure exceptional patient care.
