Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and other therapy techniques to address client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions
- Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care routines
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with health regulations
- Deliver exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care when necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction
- A Strong clientele is highly recommended for immediate success in the premium facility provided.
- Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and treatment planning
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management modalities
- Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
