SPA DEL’s culture is one where each person has value for their abilities and contributions. As part of our family, you are a SPA DEL Ambassador of our brand promise to provide only the highest quality for Client (owner) and Guest (dogs) grooming services.
As a SPA Client Ambassador (receptionist), you must have a passion for customer service. Your role is to:
Work a minimum of 24 hours (part time) or up to 40 hours (full time) per week
- greet Clients (owners) and Guests (dogs) in a friendly and positive manner,
- answer phones
- communicate to Clients by email and text
- schedule grooming appointments per each groomer's requirements
- check in | out and take payment for services in our software
- ensure all SPA DEL forms are reviewed and signed by Clients (Owners)
- provide spa and resort information and pricing
- maintain boutique inventory
- print daily reports
- coordinate with six SPA Ambassadors (groomers), Partner Ambassador and Main Lobby Client Ambassadors throughout the day
- ensure Spa towel are washed, dryer, folded and put away if working as Client on a fill in basis
- clean lobbies and associated restrooms
- must be willing to clean up some occasional dog “stuff”.

Compensation Structure:
- $15 per hour with scheduled pay increases
- Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday

- Must be able to multi-task in a very fast environment
- Ability to logically think and make decisions independently
- Excellent computer skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle large dogs with lots of energy
- Drug-Free work environment

- Ability to manage, control, and ensure the safety of Clients (owners) and Guests (dogs)
- Valid driver's license with dependable transportation
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Be a respectful team player with other SPA DEL Ambassadors
- Must be at least 18 years old for the Client Ambassador role
