Neat House Cleaning is a locally owned, woman-led company based in Bend, Oregon. While most of our work is right here in Bend, we proudly serve homes across Central Oregon. We’re on the lookout for dependable, detail-loving individuals to join our growing team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or brand new to cleaning, we care more about your attitude than your résumé. Most of our workdays are 6–8 hours, Monday through Friday, so you’ll enjoy a dependable schedule — with no night shifts — and still have time for life outside of work.
You’ll generally work in teams of two, giving you the perfect balance of teamwork and independence. All of this is supported by a positive, drama-free environment and managers who truly care. We hold monthly check-ins to hear your voice and make sure you feel seen, supported, and valued.

What You’ll Do & What You’ll Need:
- Clean residential homes, vacation rentals, and the occasional post-construction space
- Complete deep cleans and manage your own supplies
- Use a smartphone app to manage your schedule and client details
- Be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English — able to speak, read, and write clearly to communicate with clients and team members
- Have a fully functioning smartphone with a data plan — required for daily communication and route tracking
- Have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Be able to lift up to 30 pounds and handle the physical demands of cleaning
- Enjoy working around pets and people
No experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person who shows up with heart, hustle, and a willingness to learn.
