Wee Thrive Pediatric Therapy Group is expanding and seeking a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in pediatrics and is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children and their families.
Due to a high volume of referrals from neighboring pediatrician groups and RCOC case managers, we have a pending caseload ready to become available.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Perform screenings, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for children with communication disorders
- Conduct collaborative assessments to identify communication needs and inform intervention planning
- Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s age and learning needs
- Engage children and families in goal planning, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Provide parent training related to communication development and disorders
- Supervise and mentor SLPs, SLPAs, and paraprofessionals as needed
- Collect and interpret data for individual treatment planning and program development
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Contribute professionally within a team-based environment
- Provide leadership to ensure the mission and core values of Wee Thrive are upheld
- Assist in developing forms and tools to improve department efficiency
- Respond to inquiries from families, staff, paraprofessionals, and insurance companies
- Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with staff and families
- Provide strategic insight regarding the health and growth of the company
- Advise Owners/Directors on labor-related matters including safety, employee relations, scheduling, training, and policy compliance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
