As a Maintenance Technician for Aire Serv of West Chester, you will provide maintenance and system tune-ups for heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems for our residential and light commercial customers. You will play an important role in helping customers keep their systems running efficiently while delivering an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical HVAC issues.
- Repair or replace defective HVAC components.
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with customers about system performance, recommended repairs, service plans, and system upgrade opportunities.
- Help customers identify solutions to improve home comfort and indoor air quality.
- Complete accurate service documentation and record parts used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, closets, and other confined spaces as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years servicing and maintaining HVAC systems EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and lift equipment as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
