CDL-A OTR Flatbed Team Driver – 45 CPM | All Loaded Miles Paid RedFish Transportation LLC is hiring a dependable CDL-A driver for an OTR flatbed team-driving position. We’re a small, growing trucking company looking for the right driver to become a long-term part of our operation. You’ll work directly with the owner and be treated like a person—not just another truck number. This is an OTR team-driving position hauling flatbed freight throughout the country. We’re looking for someone who takes safety seriously, communicates well, takes care of the equipment, and is comfortable staying on the road for extended periods. Pay & Schedule - $0.45 per loaded mile - All loaded miles paid - Team driving position - 2–3 weeks out at a time - OTR flatbed freight - No benefits currently offered Responsibilities - Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations - Operate as part of a team-driving operation on OTR routes - Properly secure flatbed freight using chains, straps, binders, and other securement equipment - Tarp and untarp loads when required - Inspect cargo and securement throughout transit as required - Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections - Use GPS and trip-planning tools to safely and efficiently navigate routes - Maintain accurate logs, shipping documents, and other required paperwork - Communicate effectively regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, equipment issues, and load requirements - Maintain and take care of the truck, trailer, and company equipment - Follow all applicable hours-of-service and commercial driving regulations Qualifications - Valid Class A CDL - OTR driving experience preferred - Flatbed experience preferred - Knowledge of flatbed load securement preferred - Comfortable using chains, binders, straps, and tarps - Able to perform the physical duties associated with flatbed trucking - Safe driving habits and strong situational awareness - Reliable and able to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time - Comfortable working and living in a truck with a team driver - Good communication and professional attitude - Able to work independently and keep a schedule About RedFish Transportation RedFish Transportation LLC is a growing trucking company focused on providing reliable service while building a company where good drivers are valued.
