- Frying up the best chicken in town — hot, juicy, and cooked to perfection
- Owning your station: clean, stocked, and always ready for action (Responsibility)
- Working closely with the crew to get food out fast and fresh (Team)
- Maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation (Excellence)
- Bringing a positive, can-do attitude every shift (Hospitality + Community)
