Full-Time Pool Service Technician
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and managing their own daily route without someone constantly looking over their shoulder.
What We Offer
- $925–$1,125 per week, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Clean filters, baskets, and pool equipment as needed
- Identify and report equipment or maintenance issues
- Maintain a consistent service schedule and complete assigned routes
- Communicate professionally with customers when necessary
- Keep accurate records of completed services
Requirements
- Must have a reliable truck suitable for completing a pool service route
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Pool service/maintenance experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with the right work ethic
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35–45 hours per week
Pay: $925–$1,125 per week
