Prepare quality and fresh food, aligned with food safety guidelines and customer requests.
- Essential duties and responsibilities:
o Stock food product at beginning of shift.
o Rotate product- first in, first out.
o Follow all safety protocol, including but not limited to internal temperature guidelines and sanitization practices.
o Consistently clean work area.
o Clean grill at end of shift.
o Keep warmers stocked and rotated when appropriate.
o Complete any other duties assigned.
