The bar is high when it comes to doing the work, but the main thing we’re looking for is a willingness to teach yourself, fail and learn from it, then keep going until you solve the problem at hand.
Candidates first need to take two logic tests. One is 15 minutes and the other is 90 minutes long. If you score over 70% (or close) on both, then you will be given a final practical exam that includes a short lesson in Agiloft and an assignment that takes 2-3 hours to complete.
If you do well on all of the above, we will set up an interview to discuss next steps to make sure we’re a good fit. At that time, we will also discuss compensation so you’ll have all the info you need to decide if this is right for you.
Note: we are looking for candidates who have completed the Agiloft online admin training. If you have not completed the admin training, we can provide you with a link and instructions after our initial interview to help you get started. This is a prerequisite for the position, but we can assist you with the training if you are a strong candidate.
Excellent communication skills, organization skills, self-motivation, willingness to learn, computer fluency are needed to complete the training.
