Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Materials Technician, as well as Electrical and Mechanical Assembly Technicians, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and materials handling, with experience operating various equipment, and use of hand and power tools. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of materials through our facility, supporting shipping, receiving and production operations.
Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum dolly for loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Handle heavy lifting ( 50 lbs) and materials with care to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Shipping and receiving activities, including processing equipment for shipment and receiving incoming materials
- Collaborate with materials and shipping supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize computer management systems to log outgoing materials
- Shipping with common carriers ( UPS, FedEx) and Freight carriers.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but will train right candidate.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and materials handling practices.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes can be advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Experience with shipping processes, including the use of computers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Electrical and Mechanical Technicians - Previous experience with electrical or mechanical assembly, refrigeration systems, brazing a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
