Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Bartender to join our Restaurant Team. As a Service Bartender, you will craft and serve beverages at our service bar and ensure service operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using our Toast POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure seamless service during shifts.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably within fine dining.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in serving alcohol in a responsible manner at restaurants or bars is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Strong customer service background with the ability to engage guests professionally in a fast-paced environment.
