Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, specialty beverages, bubble teas, refreshers, and smoothies.
- Warm and serve pastries and other ready-to-eat items.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Recommend menu items and upsell beverages, pastries, and add-ons.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to provide fast, friendly, and consistent service.
Qualifications
- Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Barista or bubble tea experience is a plus—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Schedule
- Day shifts as early as 6am
- Evening shifts till 8pm
- Weekend availability required
