Job Title: Tool Repair - Injection Molding
Department: Manufacturing

Reports to: Plant Manager
Primary Purpose: Tool repair is responsible for completing repairs and maintenance to plastic injection molds.
Essential Functions:
- Routine tool/mold maintenance such as repair and cleaning
- Repair broken bolts
- Inspect and troubleshoot tools for needed repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on tools
- Ensure mold maintenance area is clean.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience running hydraulic and pneumatic machines
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience changing tools on single or multi-cavity mold as required
- Troubleshooting ability
Physical Requirements: standing, lifting, bending, twisting, continuous movement
