Job Summary
APPLY IN PERSON! Two positions available, full time dishwasher, and part time busser
Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining space for guests
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures
- Assist servers by bussing tables, delivering food, and refilling beverages as needed
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs
- Support food handling and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation and hygiene standards
- Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
- Customer service orientation to create a positive guest experience through attentive support
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of table setting, serving etiquette, and food safety practices in the hospitality industry
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
