ABHITO LLC is seeking a Contract Technical Writer to produce clear, accurate technical documentation for our AI products, enterprise integration solutions, and federal deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user guides, API documentation, SOPs, and system manuals
- Document AI product features, workflows, and configuration guides
- Support federal deliverable documentation including CDRLs, system design documents, and training materials
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and project management teams
- Maintain and update documentation as products evolve
- Apply plain language standards appropriate for government and enterprise audiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience in technology or government IT
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with government documentation standards preferred
- Strong editing and attention to detail
