Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. Position involves keeping industrial machinery, equipment, and facilities in good working order to maximize efficiency, reliability, and lifespan.
Hours would consist of Monday through Thursday, and overtime as needed.
Pay will be commensurate with exp.; this position will be a technician.
Duties:
- Perform commercial building maintenance
- Conduct facility maintenance, including electrical and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Routine maintenance, safety, mowing, painting, running errands,
Requirements:
- Proficient in welding, fabrication preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
