Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: LVN positions start at $30/hour. RN positions start at $35/hour. Wages scale upward based on verified clinical experience.
- Available Shifts: Day shift options run 6pm-6am or Night shift options run 6pm-6am.
- Schedule Design: Rotating 12-hour shifts that automatically provide every other weekend off.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with resident care plans.

- Direct floor care activities by supervising assigned nursing assistants throughout the shift.
- Manage admitting and discharging protocols for short-term rehabilitation residents.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Texas LVN License or Texas RN License in good standing.
- Clinical Skills: Experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care environments is preferred.
- Legal & Operational Anchors: Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
