Job Overview
Join the SLLET Solution team as a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento. We are a local installation and asset logistics company seeking a proactive and skilled team member to oversee daily upkeep, repair and operational efficiency of our facility equipment and mechanical systems. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure a safe, operational environment for our team. This is a consistent Monday through Friday position with an 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical systems, boilers, chillers, HVAC units and commercial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Complete equipment installations, repairs and emergency fixes to minimize operational downtime.
- Safely operate equipment to transport tools, parts and equipment across the facility.
- Maintain and submit detailed logs of maintenance activities, completed projects and parts inventory in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors on complex facility updates and mechanical projects.
- Ensure all maintenance areas, workshops and sites remain clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety standards including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and equipment safeguarding.
Skills
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, mechanical equipment repair or a related industrial trade.
- Hands-on proficiency with HVAC system troubleshooting, commercial appliances and basic electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety, physical handling protocols and LOTO procedures.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
