Job Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing caregiver training, monitoring client progress, and ensuring the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services. This position works collaboratively with families, clinical staff, schools, and other professionals to promote meaningful progress while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
What You'll Do
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations based on progress.
- Modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Conduct caregiver training to promote generalization of skills.
- Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation within required timelines.
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary professionals.
- Provide direct services with clients.
- Ensure all services comply with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinical culture.
- Maintain confidentiality while advocating for the well-being of every client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to ethical and compassionate service delivery.
Preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs.
- Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
