We're looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at Anytime Fitness. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members and a play a key part in growing our community.
Responsibilites:
- Greet and engage with walk-in guests and members in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct tours of the facility and clearly explain membership options
- Follow up with leads via phone, text and email to drive membership sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Build relationships with members to support retention and referrals
- Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment
- Handle daily operations and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
