About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented Dental Billing Specialist who loves solving puzzles and ensuring hard work gets properly rewarded? We are a fast-growing dental practice network looking for a motivated Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in Webster, NY!
In this key role, you will oversee and optimize our revenue cycle operations across our Upper NY locations. You will be the go-to expert for resolving claims, navigating insurance denials, and working closely with patients and insurance carriers to maintain a healthy AR.

Key Responsibilities
- Claim Management: Monitor, track, and ensure prompt acceptance of insurance claims across multiple locations.
- Denial Resolution & Appeals: Interpret EOBs, investigate rejected claims, and prepare/submit reconsiderations, corrected claims, and formal appeals to secure full payment.
- AR Optimization: Work aging reports consistently to minimize outstanding receivables and streamline collections.
- Patient & Carrier Liaison: Follow up with insurance providers on pending claims and assist patients with clarity on their coverage and payment obligations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high accuracy and compliance with dental insurance coding and billing regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in dental insurance billing and strong knowledge of dental plans and claims processes is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and managing claim denials.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a sharp eye for identifying billing discrepancies.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize high-volume tasks, and stay on top of aging accounts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with patients, carriers, and internal teams.
