While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and bend, occasionally in conjunction with reaching for and manipulating objects. The position requires mobility including the ability to move materials weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis such as boxes/bags of activity materials, snack foods, etc. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 70% of the work period while working with children in activities. The duties of the position require the employee to be inside for over 90% of the work period and outside for the remainder, exposure to heat in summer and cold in winter is unlikely. Exposure to loud noise fluctuates but is on average low, and never requires ear protection. Minimum Education and Experience-
High school diploma or equivalent and two years' experience in direct program leadership or support role to a large youth recreational program.

Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and other software programs.

Scheduling experience required.

Must possess excellent communication skills

Possession of or ability to obtain first aid and CPR certifications.
