Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) – Phoenix, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:00PM
As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will oversee sanitation associates and ensure that designated work and break areas throughout the airport (e.g., airline-specific ticket counters, break rooms, offices, etc.) are consistently clean and sanitized.

Able to pass an FBI background check

Customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Supervisory experience with ability to train, coach, and mentor staff
Bilingual abilities (preferred, not required)

Supervise and support janitorial team members
Ensure all designated airline areas are cleaned and sanitized per specifications
Prepare cleaning solutions according to airline standards
Deliver excellent customer service during interactions with airport staff or passengers
Maintain cleanliness standards and adhere to safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned
1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial or janitorial setting
Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs. or more
Must be able to bend, squat, pull, push, stand, and move frequently throughout the shift
