FIRST SHIFT ONLY – MONDAY TO THURSDAY WITH SOME FRIDAYS.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility.

DUTIES:
This position will include performing both hands-on maintenance and supervisory/planning duties, including:
- Creating, implementing and managing a detailed, facility-wide maintenance plan.
- Leading the maintenance team; organizing their work schedule; creating work orders and other related duties.
- Maximizing equipment safety, machine/system productivity and uptime; and the overall condition and upkeep of the facility.
- Developing a schedule for preventative/predictive maintenance; focusing on the continuous improvement of Maintenance functions; and maintains the maintenance schedule our system.
- Supporting the Production team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; working closely with the team to minimize down time and to ensure continued production.
- Distributes assignments to the maintenance team; keeps the team informed of daily assignments or changes; and follows up on all assignments to ensure that all projects are completed.
- Maintaining a detailed inventory of supplies, parts and tools; and requisitions purchases; and ensuring that all orders, inventory and scheduling are kept up to date.
- Assisting with hand-on maintenance of machines/systems throughout the facility.
- Performs other duties, as assigned by Management.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB?
To be qualified for this position, a candidate:
- Must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and some Fridays from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Should possess 3-5 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with, at least, 1-2 years’ supervisory experience leading a team.
- Must have a solid, working knowledge of, and experience with: hydraulics, basic welding, pumps, pneumatics, basic electrical repair and machining.
- Must possess solid time management, organizational, communication and computer skills (I.e. email, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must be experienced with reading schematics, blueprints; using measuring devices (I.e. calipers, micrometers and standard tape measures/rulers) (required).
- Should have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background and substance abuse screenings.
