IMA Properties LLC is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of 20+ commercial buildings and residential rental properties. This is a hands-on, skilled labor position. We are not looking for entry-level help. We need someone confident in their abilities who can take ownership of projects and consistently produce quality work. We are looking to hire immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
- General maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
- Window replacement
- Interior remodeling projects
- Painting, mudding, drywall repair and finishing
- Plumbing repairs and fixture installation (sinks, toilets, tubs, etc.)
- Basic electrical work
- Minor HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- Landscaping and parking lot maintenance (mowing, snow removal, etc.)
- Responding to maintenance calls and occasional after-hours emergencies
This role requires adaptability. Daily priorities may shift quickly as maintenance calls come in, and you must be comfortable adjusting your schedule and moving between job sites and tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general building maintenance and light remodeling
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and more.
- HVAC knowledge not required, but a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
