This is a hybrid opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work remotely while also having access to our Pembroke Park office for training, meetings, client consultations, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in residential and commercial transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property showings and client consultations.
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts.
- Guide clients through the transaction process from contract to closing.
- Stay informed about local market trends and Florida real estate regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each transaction.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and professional.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- New and experienced agents are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Agents are compensated through a 75%–100% commission structure, based on the brokerage's commission agreement.
Compensation varies based on individual production, closed transactions, commission agreements, and market conditions. No earnings are guaranteed.
