Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process deliveries.
- Participate in local & out of town job site deliveries.
- Verify material count from deliveries matches packing slips; report any differences between actual count and stock levels.
- Identify damaged, returned or miss ordered inventory and fill out the appropriate paperwork for any returns.
- Keep strict batch records and received shipment records.
- Accurately complete and record all paperwork in a timely manner and submit to the supervisor.
- Operate forklift/sky track/pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move material
- Pull inventory products and WIP products and label products per pick tickets including doors and frames
- Keep all inventory stocked and organized and notify management of out of stock inventory
- Label and stock any inventory products as instructed per supervisor
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be subject to change based on organizational needs
Qualifications:
- Forklift certification a plus
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle lifting product boxes, have full range of motion when walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists and fingers. Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Willing and able to work in a fast paced production environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum a year of experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to accurately cycle count inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Must be detail oriented, organized, have problem solving skills, and be able to navigate computer software, or be willing and able to learn
- Must display daily knowledge of all warehouse safety protocols and perform all duties in a safe, organized and timely matter
