- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous serving experience is required
- Basic wine and alcohol knowledge is preferred
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 – 11:00pm), weekends and holidays
- Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
