Associate Dentist — Uptown Minneapolis
Would you like to join and grow with a newly branded practice in Uptown Minneapolis?
We're looking for an associate dentist ready to build a patient base from day one — not inherit someone else's. You'll have real say in how care is delivered here, backed by a team that's still actively shaping its culture, not one that's already set in stone.
What you'll do
- Deliver general dentistry: exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions
- Perform specialized procedures — root canals, prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric care when applicable
- Diagnose and build personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Work four-handed with hygienists and assistants to keep the day running smoothly
- Chart accurately in Open Dental, staying HIPAA-compliant throughout
- Educate patients clearly so they understand their options and next steps
What you bring
- Active state dental license (DEA registration if applicable)
- Solid chairside experience across general and specialized procedures
- Comfort with dental software (Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix)
- Clear communication with patients - high case acceptance rate
- A genuine interest in helping build a practice, not just staff one
The details
- Hours: PT/FT negotiable
- Pay: Daily guarantee + % production
- Start date: Mid-August is a plus, but flexible
