The Health and Wellness Director will provide strategic leadership for resident care, overseeing nurses, the resident care team, and resident medication aides to promote the health and wellness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead resident care and medication programs.
- Support hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.
- Supervise and train care and medication staff.
- Ensure accurate medication management and documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Oversee service plans and daily care delivery.
- Conduct health assessments and wellness checks.
- Coordinate medical services and memory care activities.
- Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation.
- Maintain professional standards and complete other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- 1+ year management experience in senior living or healthcare.
- Licensed RN or LVN/LPN in Texas; CPR certified.
- Background in geriatric care and emergency response.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule; professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and continuing education credits.
