Position Overview
Cellebration is seeking a compassionate, clinically knowledgeable Nurse Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients.
This is a remote, non-clinical nursing role focused on educating prospective patients, conducting health intakes, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and providing follow-up throughout the patient journey. Using your clinical expertise, you'll build trust, identify patient goals, and help connect individuals with the services that best support their needs.
Working closely with the sales, marketing, and clinical teams, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression while ensuring every prospective patient receives a personalized and informative experience.
ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Patient Intake
- Respond to inbound inquiries for regenerative medicine and wellness services
- Conduct structured health intake calls to understand each prospective patient's goals, concerns, and medical history
- Educate prospective patients on Cellebration's services, treatment options, and care philosophy
- Qualify leads for provider consultations and appropriate treatment programs
- Gather and document detailed patient information within the CRM
- Identify opportunities for additional services based on patient needs and interests
Scheduling & Follow-Up
- Schedule consultations and appointments with providers and specialists
- Coordinate appointment logistics and prepare patients for their visits
- Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads and encourage appointment attendance
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the patient journey
- Deliver a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered experience with every interaction
Collaboration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and notes within the CRM
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Cellebration's services, protocols, and treatment offerings
- Support continuous improvement of patient intake workflows and communication processes
QualificationsRequired
- LPN or RN
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport over the phone
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience in regenerative medicine, wellness, functional medicine, concierge medicine, aesthetics, infusion therapy, or longevity-focused healthcare
- Experience in patient education, care coordination, telehealth, or nurse navigation
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Symplast, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience conducting patient consultations or intake assessments
