What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and support each child’s developmental progress
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design dynamic lesson plans
- Build strong, positive relationships with families
Who We’re Looking For
- Meets all Texas Minimum Standards qualifications for child care centers
- Experience in early childhood education or daycare settings
- Strong understanding of child development
- Organized, professional, and an excellent communicator
- Passionate about creating a fun, structured, enriching classroom
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- FBI fingerprint/background check clearance
- A genuine love for early childhood education
