RN Clinical Coordinator
Location: Evanston Illinois
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Evening Shift)
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Start Date: August 10
We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Coordinator to join a healthcare team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care while supporting nursing staff and daily unit operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Manage staffing and scheduling activities
- Provide staff education and training
- Function as Charge RN as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards
- Promote positive patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN License
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or higher
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- CPI Certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Must successfully pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher
