Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have basic proficiency in Russian and be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing effective treatment plans. This position requires a solid background in multiple medical disciplines, along with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, as required.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Provide acute care management for patients with complex health issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, and assisted living facilities.
- Manage chronic conditions through ongoing patient education and support.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications.
- Experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or urgent care preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
- Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9, and ICD-10 for accurate medical documentation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Experience in specialties such as gastroenterology, pediatrics, geriatrics, or internal medicine is advantageous.
- Skills in procedures such as suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, and IV insertion are highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children and seniors.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Pay: $121,577.82 - $146,416.30 per year
