Your Responsibilities
**Must have an active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance with no current appointments **
- Provide customized quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella insurance policies, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales conversion goals.
- Handle inbound sales calls and conduct occasional outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers. Please note: this is a sales-focused role and does not involve servicing existing policies or customers.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and active listening skills to ensure every customer feels valued, understood, and supported throughout the sales process.
- Educate customers on coverage options, policy details, and required documentation, clearly guiding them through next steps.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products that align with each customer’s individual needs.
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications while maintaining a seamless, engaging customer conversation.
- Accurately document customer interactions to ensure consistency, compliance, and a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain a professional presence while working in a quiet, distraction-free remote environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with confidence, positivity, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience required; Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Active resident Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required (candidates without current carrier appointments preferred)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build rapport, influence customer decisions, and successfully close sales
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals and metrics
- High school diploma or GED required (must be verifiable)
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing CRM platforms, quoting systems, and customer interactions simultaneously
- Reliable high-speed wired internet connection required:
- Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed
- Minimum 50 Mbps download speed
- Minimum 60 Mbps combined speed
- Wireless, hotspot, and satellite connections are not permitted
- Smartphone required for authentication and business communication purposes
- Must reside within the United States and maintain a valid U.S. residential address
