Landscape Durable Tires is introducing a new Durable Tire Category to the U.S. market and is looking for experienced a Sales and Operations Coordinator to help develop the market.
Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support Landscape Durable Tires across administration, logistics, and sales operations. Employee will manage daily office activities, phone and email communication, document and invoice organization, meeting coordination, and the professional upkeep of the office. They will also assist customs brokers, coordinate domestic deliveries, maintain shipping and compliance records, and communicate with outside partners.
In addition, they will support the sales team by researching and qualifying tire shops, maintaining accurate prospect and CRM records, conducting outreach, scheduling meetings, preparing sales routes, assisting with quotes, and tracking follow-up activities. The overall purpose of the role is to keep the company organized, support efficient product movement, and help the sales team focus on qualified retailers capable of selling Landscape Durable Tires based on durability and long-lasting performance.

Research tire shops before they are added to the sales team’s prospect list
Verify that each tire shop is still operating
Confirm shop addresses, phone numbers, websites, hours, and contact information
Identify the tire brands and product categories each shop currently sells
Determine whether each shop fits Landscape Durable Tires’ ideal customer profile
Prioritize retailers capable of selling durability and long-lasting performance as a customer benefit
Remove closed, outdated, duplicate, or unqualified shops from prospect lists
Maintain accurate retailer and prospect information in the CRM
Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to schedule sales meetings
Follow up with retailers regarding meetings, quotes, product information, and next steps
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
Prepare efficient daily sales routes for Sales Representatives
Include qualified backup shops on each route
Provide Sales Representatives with research notes before each retailer visit
Record sales calls, emails, meetings, outcomes, and follow-up dates in the CRM
Assist with preparing quotes and confirm pricing with Sales Director before sending them
Organize approved product information, sales materials, and retailer presentations
Update retailer records based on Sales Reps’ field feedback
Track open opportunities and alert the sales team when follow-up is required
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
