We are looking for part-time or full-time Kitchen Chef to join our growing team. You will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure consistency in every order. Hinoki is a chef-driven restaurant.
Responsibilities
Kitchen Chef
- Prepare hot dishes such as teriyaki, tempura, and bentos
- Assist with prep, portioning, and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in a Japanese kitchen or sushi bar preferred (training available)
- Knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)
