Precious Metals Account Executive
Compensation with estimated annual earnings (depending on individual performance and production): $75,000 - $150,000
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

About the Opportunity
We are a well-established precious metals organization seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual who has prior experience selling precious metals and is comfortable working in a high-volume phone sales environment.
As an Account Executive, you will engage with company-provided prospects, evaluate their interest in precious metals products, and coordinate qualified opportunities with senior sales professionals. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone conversations each day.
- Engage with prospective clients and assess their interest in purchasing precious metals.
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps within the sales process.
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication.
- Consistently work toward individual performance goals and productivity targets.
- Participate in team training, coaching sessions, and sales development initiatives.
- Accurately document client interactions, activity, and notes within the company CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience within the precious metals industry is required.
- Demonstrated success achieving performance goals in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently
