Job Type: Part-Time. Year Round Work & Seasonal Options Available
Pay: $15.00-$16.50 DOE

Les Bois Swim Academy is looking for energetic Swim Instructors with a sincere love of children & swimming! This is the perfect part-time position for anyone looking for a set schedule that will work around class schedules. We are closed on all major holidays.

Les Bois Swim Academy specializes in teaching children to swim from day one. Our highly trained instructors are experts in our proprietary curriculum. Combined with our 86-degree water, small class sizes, & full-sized pools, children are provided with the optimal learning environment. Experience/Training:
- Swimming experience preferred
- Previous experience working with children
- We provide PAID training to teach you everything you will need to know about working with children & teaching them to swim.
Position Requirements:
- 16+ yrs old.
- Reliable transportation
- Adapt teaching approach to students' ability level
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with participants (or their parents) about student's progress.
- Interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Display a positive attitude & work harmoniously with co-workers, the general public, and other organizations.
- Communicate effectively in the English language at a level necessary for efficient job performance.
- Complete assignments in a timely fashion
- Understand and comply with all rules, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
- Perform all essential and marginal functions as assigned by an authorized employee, supervisor, and/or manager with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Respond calmly & quickly to emergency situations.

Schedule:
- Evenings: Monday-Thursday evenings from 4pm-7pm
- Mornings: Monday-Friday mornings from 9am-noon
- Weekend Availability: Saturday mornings from 9am-noon
- Training would take place prior during the month of July & regular shifts would start the week of August 17th, 2026
