Position Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle through recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations initiatives. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping to attract top talent, foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and support effective resolution of workplace concerns. The HR Generalist plays a key role in strengthening the employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, hiring events, and career fairs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Facilitate pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding coordination.
- Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless transition into the organization.
- Serve as a primary resource for new employees during their onboarding period, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace expectations.
- Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.
- Assist with employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend actions to improve engagement and retention.
- Partner with leaders to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Support communication initiatives that keep employees informed and connected to organizational goals.
- Participate in retention efforts and identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and morale.
- Coordinate onboarding programs that help new employees successfully integrate into the organization.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Support employee relations activities by conducting intake meetings, documenting concerns, and assisting with investigations.
- Partner with managers to address performance, attendance, conduct, and policy-related matters.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Assist in conflict resolution efforts and help facilitate positive employee-manager relationships.
- Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve retention.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting requirements, and special projects.
- Support implementation of HR programs and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Amaneos policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Quality.
- Cross-train and serve as a backup for both hourly and salaried payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration during absences or periods of increased workload.

Preferred Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, or employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting investigations, employee relations matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and recruitment coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement and recruitment metrics.
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/recruiting systems.
