Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage various tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, trash rooms, and outdoor areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated areas.
- Monitor and restock supplies in common areas to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to inquiries as necessary.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs when required.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
