Responsible for ensuring operations of the Food Production Venues and Stewarding associates' performance are in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort policy and procedures and gaming regulations, on an assigned shift.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. One to two years' experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as maintaining good driving record. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
