Hiring: Release Manager (Salesforce SaaS)
Location: Remote | Full-Time
Experience: 9+ Years | Timezone: PST Hours
We are looking for a Release Manager to drive reliable Salesforce SaaS releases by owning deployment processes, Git governance, PR reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce deployments, release plans, cutovers, and approvals.
- Review Salesforce PRs, metadata, Flow XML, and release impact.
- Enforce Git branching, commit standards, merge practices, and conflict resolution.
- Act as PR gatekeeper and ensure release readiness.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and offshore teams.
Requirements:
- 9+ years Release Management / DevOps experience
- Strong Salesforce deployment & Git expertise
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and release governance
- Strong ownership and communication skills
