Requirements of this Senior Project Manager role:
- Degree in an industry related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience on HCAI/OSHPD projects over $10M
- 10+ years’ overall experience in the construction industry
- Owner-occupied building project experience a must
- Be collaborative and comfortable in client-facing situations
- Some night work may be necessary
