Youth Development Specialist (3PM–11PM Shift)
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including full shift every other weekend
Location: Plankinton, South Dakota
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (full-time)

Aurora Plains Academy works with youth facing behavioral and mental health challenges in a structured residential setting. This role is hands-on and best suited for individuals who are patient, reliable, and comfortable maintaining consistency and boundaries.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support youth in a residential environment
- Help manage behavior and de-escalate situations when needed
- Build positive relationships while maintaining structure and accountability
- Support daily routines, activities, and life skills development
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background check
