We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. - Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or related roles within the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of custodial procedures and safety protocols is preferred.
