Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings to include commercial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Execute industrial cleaning procedures for specialized equipment and facilities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a pleasant environment for all occupants.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and address any maintenance needs promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management for immediate attention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
